Shoot for the Moon
On Friday, March 31, 2017, the Mark Garwood SHARE Foundation will host its inaugural sporting clays competition at the South Florida Shooting Club in Palm City, Florida. The event will raise funds to continue our programs of support for men and women who are battling to overcome substance use disorder. Educational scholarships, intervention, housing, and community outreach are all sustained through the Foundation’s charitable efforts here in
the Treasure Coast and Palm Beaches.
The event promises to be a day of fun, food, and friendly competition. The day’s activities will start with a light breakfast at 7:30 AM. After a safety briefing and orientation by officials from the Shooting Club, teams will proceed to the competition course. Lunch will be served after the shoot and there will be an awards ceremony for the various categories of competition. Each team is responsible for providing its own guns.
Registration for the event includes all ammunition, clays, trappers, scorers, and golf carts for the course. Sponsorship packages are also available. We hope you will join us for this worthwhile event. The Mark Garwood SHARE Foundation is a recognized 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, and support of our event qualifies as a tax-deductible contribution.
